Learn how to send emails, and sync them with your inbox so every time you send or receive an email they are automatically stored on EducationLink.
EducationLink can send an track emails automatically for you. This article will help you understand what EducationLink is capable and more important, how you can use these tools.
Sending email via EducationLink
You can send emails directly from EducationLink, you can also attach files. To send emails you can open any student profile (learn more on how to do that via this article: How to find and search students?), and click in "Send email", right in the right center of the screen (It's a small tab, next to "Add task").
If you have not connected your account to either Google or Microsoft Office 365, EducationLink will use its own internal servers to send email in your name. This may decrease deliverability, which means more emails can be flagged as SPAM. We recommending using either of the services above.
Checking the emails exchanged with the student
To check the emails you sent to the student, open any student profile (learn more on how to do that via this article: How to find and search students?), and click in the tab "Emails". You can reply to emails by selecting a specific correspondence and scrolling to the bottom. Check the animation below for more details:
Syncing your email to EducationLink
To sync your email with EducationLink, which means, every time you send a email, to be stored within EducationLink, you may need 3 (three) things:
